When Teaching is not good and appropriate subjectively, then learners learning time increases, certainly teacher/faculty is responsible

Thanks to Poseidon the Greek Sea God for saving the Hollywood image of ‘Poseidon Adventure’ the 1972 super hit film. The film was awarded many Academy and Oscar awards. In NID around 1350 students every year pay Rs.55000/- approx as Studio and Knowledge Management Centre (KMC)/It Infrastructure charge. This means around 7.5 crore rupees goes directly into NID treasury only for KMC/ It development. If this figures are to be considered for a while then NID library books strength should increase approximately 25% each year and surprisingly after 20 years NID KMC will be as huge as NID campus. It is not a joke. Ironically NID’s fee structure is in favor of students but when we ask basic question to NID Textile or Fashion/Apparel or Life Accessory design or Design Management students about their learnt and possessed KMC and Studio knowledge does not reflect requisite knowledge for the said design industry. Then, what is the point for such soaring charges for KMC development in the NID campus.

NID should clarify, as to how much are they charging, for KMC, IT infrastructure and Studio separately.

Irrespective of the classroom and studio size, faculty’s teaching skills are worth praising in design education. But that is again the talk of bygone era.

NID must have more space for workshops and studios than KMC, because modern students seldom have time for KMC’s books and it is quite evident that only a few students are seen in KMC premise, in classroom learning time.

The purpose of stressing onto KMC development is not yet clear when not above 5% of the total NID strength at a time use KMC. Rectifying few of economic policies NID should rather concentrate on the development of design workshops thereby curtailing KMC budget.

However, GIFT KMC is FREE to all GIFT Learners because GIFT is very selective in buying books and other things. GIFT selects books for students learning not for watching photos.

The NID senior or very experience faculties CONTACT HOURS with NID students or individually or as a GUIDE while teaching, I heard from various source is very less in the class room “design studio”. If is TRUE then is very serious matter for NID reputation, which I feel strongly as an EX NIDians kindly NOTE. That means the NID DESIGN EDUCATION is deteriorating and I am concern (kindly note). If for NID as above said mention is TRUE then how, that said faculty can evaluate the said learners progress in design subject learning every day.

If by the grace of GOD Almighty, GOOD PROGRACE in said learning professionally, then what is the role of that said NID faculty or guide. And if that, as above said mention through by copy and paste style learning and progress then what is the meaning of learning. How that said NID faculty can check such progress when there contact hours with students are very less as above said mention.

I think it is very clear understanding to me now that, the most of the said NID students learn by them self with OPTIMUM SIMPLE EMPIRICAL METHOD in every day struggling and practicing to GAIN appropriate results from their learning and if NOT then, what is the ROLE of that said NID Faculty in favour to that said poor student of NID, I heard most of the above NID said Faculty so prompt passionate and particular with their calm, due to this, they do not loose the chance to teaches the as above said learners in Last final day of semester in JURY, that means learners have no choice to accept the final verdict in owner of, as above said mention faculty and what is the meaning of such teaching and learning.

If it is true, as above said mention, then how the same said NID faculty can EVALUATE the NID ENTRANCE EXAME PAPERS CORRECTLY APPROPRIATLLY NOBLELY & HONESTLY , when checking said written and drawn papers are now in thousands and thousands, KINDLY NOTE.

Kindly note that very recently there was coverage in print media about NID, has sold approximately near around seven thousand Admission Form in Total for UG and PG Design Education for the year of 2012-2013 NID Admission. I assume who has taken the Said NID Admission Form which is very costly, so did not have wasted the said form and turn up for it’s utilization as NID Entrance Exam in all different location of INDIA as indicated in NID information book along with said Admission form, so no doubt, it is remarkable achievement of NID Fame and as well as NID “Design” Education awareness in INDIA.

Due to as above said mention, this year NID admission seeker volume {Number} is much higher than last year, that is why NID has shifted this 2012 year admission entrance exam centre from Diwan Balu Bhai School Paldi to L D Engineering College, in favour of NID Admission Seekers comfort, it ‘s seems to be TRUE, as above said mention.

When approximately as above said mention NID admission seeker number is seven thousand for UG and PG all together for the NID 2012-2013 admission and if all turn-up as above said for the said NID test then what kind off a burden will be on the as above NID said admission entrance exam committee?. Suppose from as above said mention understanding if each said admission seeker candidate if have used in said exam at least seven pages of size A-4, for writing text of concept description, concept drawing and other colour test, that means what?, and all together how many pages are used in this said matter in total statistically as follows for your perusal:

7000 admission seekers x 07 pages = 49000 thousands said exam paper altogether to be check in how many days? By the said NID committee and it is statistic calculation as follows:

If suppose as above said exam one page average checking time is ten minute, because NID exam is different than others education bodies than total number of pages checking time should be as per as above said mention as follows:

Total No. of said pages are 49000 x 10 minute checking time of each said paper is equal to 490000 minutes, then how many total hours of all said paper checking is,

490000 divided by 60 = 8166.6666 HOURS, the above mention said story doesn’t get complete here, because we should know when the said paper checking began. Suppose the all said test paper reaches as earliest to NID Ahmedabad centre by 10^th of January 2012 for EVALUATION and after it’s evaluation results declared and ready for posting by 29^th February 2012 then how many days took for evaluation by NID said committee while and suppose their working hours per day on said job is 7 and their committee member numbers ? and how many working days after deducting all holidays from 10^th JAN 2012 to 29^th FEB 2012, the detail statistic of working days on said job by said NID committee as follows for your perusal:

From 10^th JAN 2012 to 31^st JAN 2012 working days are 15 only, because NID does not work on Saturday, Sunday and another holiday of 26^th JAN “Republic Day of INDIA” and in FEB 2012 working days are 21 only. That mean total said paper checking days are 36. When there are only 36 days for as above said exam paper checking by NID said committee, then how they have manage the as above said mention STATISTICALLY as follows for your PERUSAL:

The total hours are available as said mention above is 8166.6666 only for said evaluation and if 7 hours per day checking and working time while considering

Then how many hours the said committee will take as follows:

Total said hours 8166.6666 divided by7 hours is equal to 1166.6666 days only by one person, then if 10, 20 or 30 persons are checking the said NID exam papers then how many days they will takes as follows for your perusal:

If ten persons checking the said papers then how many days they will take:

1166.6666 days are available as above said mention for said checking and if 10 person checking the above said mention then how may days they will takes and what will be for 20 days and 30 days? As follows:

1166.6666 divided by 10 persons is equal to 116.6666 days.

1166.6666 divided by 20 persons is equal to 58.3333days and

1166.6666 divided by 30 persons is equal to 38.8888days.

Sir when the above said NID admission committee has only 36 days for as above said mention test paper checking then how they have manage?

If 30 NID senior or expert faculty persons can not do the said job in available days then how they can do the JUSTICE to the NID ADMISSION SEEKERS???????

And if they has done said job in extra hours then RECHECING is must because they all human and how long they can concentrate for as above said job.

Indian currency rupee symbol designing done through National Wide open competition, but why through open competition when renowned oldest design Institute NID services they could avail. It surprises me because NID is funded and taken care of by Central Ministry of Industry and since 1961 NID has best Graphic Design Faculty which they claim. Then, why Authorities at NID held the open design competition for designing Rupee Symbol? Perhaps our central finance ministry wanted entire nation to participate but then why they have given job to NID for selecting the best from the competition. It leaves many hidden questions erupt in our minds which many intellectual objections cannot satiate. When partly or full job responsibilities for rupee design was handled, NID could have divulged some clues or some directions for designing the symbol in print media or through internet for competitors. So then participants could have better option.

SO far the symbol which had been selected as Rupee sign is staggering or say unbalanced. It needs support to stand. It is more tilted towards left. The faculty honored nobly for this hurry up job without patience, surprises to me and the nation as well. Many question and queries we cannot digest.

India has world’s richest rituals, culture, heritage and belief. Here at every 100 kilometer there is change in language, social norms, culture, rituals, eating habits, weather, climate, taste of water, flora and fauna, and birds.

Even though our culture is to save money and not to be spendthrift, we teaches our children from their childhood the meaning of piggy bank, money gullak [pot] and many names region wise. Even NID’s huge KMC too could not explain the fact to the faculty who has selected out of many designed artwork for rupee symbol.

Ironically more than 50% Indians has belief for LAXMI, the goddess of wealth and the rupee symbol have much aspects related to it then why NID did not consider that belief. It is our moral and we should help in this regard to NID that is why few examples for above said mansion please find enclosed herewith for your perusal so NID must consider in future for as above said mansion job work.

Since when new symbol of our rupee got printed in our currency, our economy collapsed, may be due to worldwide recession or timing is not appropriate or may be not through pious hand or place or design concept is not soothing to our India Rupee or does not have any base full foundation in symbol design concept or simple typography not thought full work or just baseless devanagari script/Indian Flag color justification and explanation or no correct composition or design concept message is not synchronizing or is just by fluke and then made story in support or nothing wrong in participating for open competition or if NID design then cannot take blame if its failed in appropriate purpose or they may has forgotten to take name of God before selecting or may be casual as usual for this Nation work or maybe they are not fit for this nation pride job or may be compared to the blind and deaf, and those who can see and hear well, are they equal when compared or they can see and hear but no intelligence or they

are gratuitous for this job or I got the job fee then who care or when many powerful obstinate transgressor blasphemer with exultation pride and their deeds there in without diminution and ignorant too, then why should I worry of this job or I am NID Professor who can challenge me because I am the best or design what we will select, Indian Ministry will accept because they have no knowledge about this or as we make others fool while teaching and easy for us to practice same on others or they have only choice from what NID has selected or may be NID internal politics or may be any individual problems or may be as like they are bada hua to kya hua jaise ped khjoor panthi ko chaya nahi phal lage ati dur, many Indian phrases and proverbs like this and they have no question in this regard but our mind as a INDIAN does not stop. If anybody finds as said above mention text and work appropriate and if you are designer than kindly write and draw some suitable symbols and mail to NID because they needed knowledgeable meaningful support, kindly find time in favor of our nation as our moral duty and do it.

And God Ganpati cursed him in his rage and said: “those who look at they face shall be accused of a crime because of the FOUL Face; those who look at thee shall be looked down upon as corrupt FELLOWS,” When Chandra heard this he was in greatly grieved, and so were the other Gods and Chandra attended by all the others went up to God Ganpati and begged MERCY. After a long time BABA God Ganpati Ganesha took his PITY UPON HIM and took back his course, but with one reservation. “I pardon you this time” he said, “but the effect of this course will prevail one day in the year.” And that day is God Ganesh Chaturti. And that day no one should look at moon.

Vigna Hartha [one who takes away pain], Gaja karan [one with ears of an elephant], Lambodar [one with big belly], Vigna Nasha [the destroyer of pain], Ganadhpati [gana = necklace, adhpati = chief, that is the chief pearl in the necklace made of Gods; in other words, the loveliest and biggest gem among the Gods], Sudhi Devta [the giver of success],. Vidyadhar [one who holds learning], Adyagan[the first in the garland of Gods], and Vidyasagar [the sea of knowledge].
